What is ecopossible?
The ECOPOSSIBLE is a non profit international network and research think-tank supported by public and private nstitutions which aims to promote understanding and cooperation between the EU, Latin American and Asia public and private operators involved in environmental policies, renewable energy and sustainable urban development.
It does so through working closely together with the European Union institutions in Brussels, United Nations offices, as well as with universities, research centers, industrial associations resides in worldwide countries interested by the challenges posed by the innovation and technology that play a important role to reduce the environmental pollution, to the renewable energies and to support the sustainable urban development.
ECOPOSSIBLE’s role is to create a link between these entities so as to enhance the level of support provided. In doing so, ECOPOSSIBLE projects as a fly-wheel, multiplier and disseminator of knowledge, a facilitator for alliances, a promoter of networking and a catalyser to encourage EU-LATIN AMERICA-ASIA international technical cooperation and socio-economic dialogue.
ECOPOSSIBLE activities include undertaking research studies, development of international projects, collaboration to the European Programmes and ONU inititiatives, organising briefings, seminars and conferences, and in-house publishing of research through ECOPOSSIBLE web-site and Bulletin.
ECOPOSSIBLE is the first and unic and large network provides services and facilities to its Members at worldwide level which may occur through direct contacts, to create international consortium for the participation to the Call and Tenders of the European Union and ONU offices, to offer a special Member-Area able to create private and public consortiums, to discuss and to find solutions to environment-energy-urban problems, organize periodical worldwide meetings and conferences.
